Come and join us at this workshop for a fun evening interacting with other therapists in the community!

Following a brief presentation by Adrian Gebhart who is specialized in Drama Therapy, the presenter will guide us getting up on our feet for some light experiential work. We will tap into our playful sides with a goal of destressing and having fun.

Bonus! You will leave the room with simple interventions that can be used with both individuals and groups for stress management and coming into the comfort of ourselves.

Light snacks and refreshments will be served.

Presenter bio: My name is Adrian (she/her) and I am a therapist who specializes in helping people explore their inner worlds and find healing. In addition to talk therapy, I also specialize in drama therapy in individual and group settings. I have a collaborative approach with a variety of interventions based on the individual needs of the client. My client focus has been with 2SLGBTQIA2S+/Kink friendly/Sex positivity, neurodivergent (primarily ADHD/ADD and autism) individuals, attachment trauma, anxiety and depression, polyamory, identity exploration, depression, stress-related issues, spirituality, low self-esteem and confidence, suicidal ideation/self-harm.
